Our members meet weekly to promote their own businesses and to learn about those of their fellow members and guests. Synergy is owned and run by its members as a non profit-making organisation.

Networking with Synergy is a unique experience. Although generating business for group members does play a key role, our meetings have a relaxed, supportive atmosphere and there is no pressure to make referrals. We focus on the sharing of knowledge and contacts for the greater benefit of the membership.
Members and guests are encouraged to communicate in ‘one to ones’ and small groups to discuss their businesses and identify ways that they can help and support each other, either through referrals or by other means such as setting up an introduction.
This knowledge-based approach helps to create the strong and enduring relationships that our members enjoy with their Synergy Network colleagues and engenders an atmosphere of trust within the group.
About Synergy Network meetings
Synergy Network meets from 7-9am every Friday morning. Visitors are especially welcome to our Visitor's Days on the last Friday of the month. We meet at the Best Western, Westminster Hotel, 312 Mansfield Road, Nottingham NG5 2EF. Hotel telephone 0115 9555000. Book online using Eventbrite.
A typical meeting will include:
- A choice of cooked or continental breakfast and general business networking.
- 60 second presentations from each member and guest about their company and its products or services.
- Either a breakout discussion session in small groups or a more in-depth presentation from a member about his or her business.
- Contributions session where members pass business referrals and give testimonials.
